Project Information

This multi-tenant retail shopping center occupies a prominent site along the Mascoma River in West Lebanon, New Hampshire. The name derives from an existing hydroelectric generating station which is adapted and reused as the focal point of a cluster of shops facing the primary regional shopping street, Route 12A. Designed for energy efficiency and sustainability, the 110,000 square foot primary structure provides space for two anchor tenants and multiple small shops.
